Responsibilities:
1.Filling fax, service report ,sales contract (technical), service contract and other documents properly.
2. Input service report into SAP timely.
3. Statistic/analysis service report.
4. Prepare documents for customers (M/C, Layout).
5. Assist manager to do customer survey.
6. File/copy/distribute documents of sales contract: including contract,L/C.
7. Prepare documents for shipping, Customs, L/C.
8. Update sales contract information (U8/Excel).
9. Other admin work, like leave record etc, in service department.
职务描述
1. 准确及时跟进传真，服务报告，销售合同（技术），服务合同以及其它相关文件。
2. 将服务报告及时输入SAP系统。
3. 统计/分析 服务报告。
4. 为客户准备相关文件（信用额度，分配）。
5. 协助经理完成客户调查。
6. 各类销售文档的管理：包括合同，信用证。
7. 准备海运，客户资料，信用证等相关文件。
8. 更新销售合同信息（U8/Excel）。
9. 其它行政工作，如休相关人员休假报告等。

Requirements:
1. Equal or above college from Logistics.
2. At least 3 years relevant experience.
3. Familiar with MS Office.
4. Familiar with U8, SAP or other ERP software.
5. Ability to compose commercial letters.
6. Planning and time/cost control.
7. Communication skill with customers.
