职位描述
Essential Functions :
? On-time, at cost engineering and complete product development for all assigned helmet projects through the EBS Innovation Road milestones
? Responsible for on time delivery of all projects through a full commercialization process at the factories
? Ability to manage projects to success autonomously and communicate status with US Project Management, Engineering and Industrial Design teams
? Weekly communication with US design team and pro-active work on CAD creation, review and release.
? Execution of helmet impact testing in the Dome Lab and troubleshooting for all designs
? Injection mold material processing oversight at the factories, optimization and troubleshooting
? EPP and EPS material processing oversight, optimization and troubleshooting
? Execute DFMEA testing methodology with US and China teams
? Partake in Corrective Actions with QA and factory teams.
? Responsible for delivering final, approved doc pack back to US team
Education and Training :
? University level in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering Degree
? Proficient in Solidworks CAD design, Illustrator, MS project and MS Office.
? Proven experience and success in the commercialization process for new product launches
? 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environment
? 5+ years of injection molding and tooling design / mechanical design experience
? Experience in mold flow analysis and / or material processing
? Able to perform DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
? LEAN Mfg experience a plus
? EPP, EPS, EPE processing experience a plus
? Textiles & Graphics development experience a plus
Skills and Abilities :
? Excellent English communication skills; written and verbal
? Well organized with the ability to multi task and set priorities on an autonomous level
? Able to drive milestone based projects to on time delivery and at margin.
? Ability to work with US and China factory team and lead in executing designs for profitability.
? Troubleshooting testing and engineering issues with the ability to lead and execute corrective action plans.
? Helmet manufacturing and/or helmet market knowledge.
? Material and processing costing experience.
? Innovative thinker with passion for making great product
? Ability to travel between China factory locations and to US headquarters as needed.
