Position: HR and Admin Manager
Report to: Plant Manager
General Work Purpose:
Assist to formulate and implement company's human resources strategy; build and develop HR systems in plant; develop the competencies of HR team, and ensure qualified HR to achieve company's stategic mission for management and development; Oversee daily operations of company's administrative procedures, develop, execute administrative policies.
Responsibilities:
? Provides effective human resources and administration services in achievement of business objectives
? Ensure that the company meets its legal and social obligations in connection with all employment matters.
? Coach all level leaders on people related issues
? Handle recruitment and selection.
? Develop and implement strategic compensation and benefits structure. Monitor reward systems which are both competitive and equitable to acquire and retain high quality employees.
? Implement and renew HR procedures and policies.
? Spearhead and partner with department in training needs analysis; recommend appropriate training programs; develop total company training plans as well as track training effectives.
? Advises on employee relations issues and coordinates communication Processes in order develop and maintain a cooperative and motivated Workforce.
? Manage daily company's administrative operations, including transportation arrangement, stationary supplies, canteen, dormitory etc.
Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree, major in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
? At least 7 working experience in multinational company. 3 years on HR management role.
? Proficiency in both written and oral English
? Work independently, self-initiated, and have the capability of leading a team
? Good communication, interpersonal and influence skills
? Familiar with the China Labor Law and government regulations.
? Good Computer skills
