职位描述
Our Client, an international leader in the Apparel Manufacturing industry is now searching for a dynamic individual to join their finance team. This position is to be based in Dong Guan, China.
Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Lead a sizable team of PRC staffs in Dong Guan
- Manage daily accounting functions and to meet local statutory requirements
- Responsible for setting up and reviewing internal control policies and procedures
- Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses so as to achieve the short and long range of departmental goals and objectives
- Consolidate the sales reports from various outlets and pinpoint potential areas for improvements
- Provide active inputs in the evaluation of new shop openings and perform review on leasing and other critical business contracts
- Degree in Accounting or Financial Management with membership of recognized professional accountant institute
- Min. 8 years financial management experience in manufacturing or garment sector is preferred
- Solid experience & strong knowledge in consolidation
- Good knowledge in PRC retail business and tax practices
- Strong organizational skills and capable to work independently in a demanding environment
- Prior experience in financial system implementation is highly preferred
- Proficient in MS office and Flex account financial system
- Good command of English and Mandarin is a must
- Stationed in Dong Guan
