职位描述
Job Title: Manufacturing Manager
Work Location: ZhongShan
Report to: Manufacturing Director
Responsibilities:
? To be in charge of output/quality control/material usage/ headcount control.
? To ensure process control procedures are in place.
? To be in charge of output/quality control/material usage/ headcount control.
? To review and approve the production documents related.
? To support QA on critical customer visits and assistant to solve major customer quality issues.
? To lead, support, train and assess the subordinators' daily work with proper manners
? To implement the quality and environment policy of the company related in line with the requirements from customers.
Requirements:
? Bachelor of Science or Engineering minimum, post graduate degree is an added advantage.
? Minimum 5 years experience in PCB manufacturing with three years management experience preferred.
? Be familiar with Outer Front process, like Outer Dry Film, Immersion Gold, Sliver and Tin etc.
? Soft skills like conflict resolutions, ability to motivate and lead employees are also part of the pre-requisite for success in this job profile.
? Able to face customers with posture and uphold company professional image.
? Be good at both reading & writing in English.
? Master of MS tools such as Excel/PPT/Outlook.
