Recruitment excellence: 40% · Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process and develop an effective candidate pipeline for entry level positions (Operators, Admin., and others) through multiple sourcing channels · Conduct screening and interviews of candidates as well as perform detailed reference checking and reference analysis on selected candidates · Prepare internal and external job advertisements, internet posting, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other information so that potential applicants have the information they need. · Manage the entire offer process including presentation, selection, negotiation and ensuring successful placements |
Active Sourcing: 25% 1. Proactively conduct research and investigate new methods of finding passive candidates including: complex internet searches, social and professional networking groups, blogs, diversity resources, competitor research and the development of existing candidate relationships.Evaluate and identify key skills and abilities needed to fill critical roles 2. Execute strategies utilized to source passive, qualified individuals for specific roles 3. Build a pipeline of talent for each functional areas supported 4. Execute talent mapping whenever required 5. Leverage proven sourcing networks, processes and technology to find “rabbit in a hat”. Including, but not limited to:

Taleo system administration for Northern Region: 15% · Manage and maintain the Taleo system up to date with candidates’ profiles, hiring process updates etc. · Support on the continuous improvement of the system, process and reporting |
Administrative, Customer Service and Recruiting Support: 20% 1. Post positions internally and externally admin via Taleo, coordinate interviews schedules for the team and travel arrangements, including Careers Fairs Logistics 2. Process timely correspondence to candidates; coordinate new hire activities with managers and Business HR Partners, coordinate required background and medical checks and other necessary activities.. 3. Preparing offer for new hires, localization, transfer of entities, contract renewal, email communication to all stakeholders for cases. Furnishing weekly job posting alert & monthly Staff Movement 4. Execute recruiting and selection tactics for the recruiting process for administrative support needs including: documentation, compliance, correspondence with candidates, and offers. 5. Support recruiters to deliver excellent customer service 6. Track, maintain and do monthly reporting on recruitment metrics |
Required Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree or Diploma, in any discipline · At least 1-3 years of experience with any combination the following areas: Recruiting / Sourcing / Agency (i.e. “headhunting”) or any other HR work experience · Ability to prioritize, collaborate and multi-task (manage details) · Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in both Mandarin & English · Social media experience (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, etc) · Ability to generate a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines · Experience in data mining, lead generation and candidate research · Strong ability and capability to learn new processes / methodologies · Strong attention to detail · High level of customer service · Experience in an administrative or recruiting environment · Experience in Taleo system administration will be a plus · Experience in campus recruitment is a plus · Experience in data mining, lead generation and candidate research. · Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines and drive results · Strategic and customer oriented and has a 'can-do' attitude · Strong analytical and negotiation,influencing and collaboration skills · Experience in an administrative or recruiting environment · Ability to travel occasionally, especially within Northern region but not limited to it · Prior experience working with applicant tracking systems · Knowledge of database tracking |
