职位描述
Job title: Technical Service Manager
Department: Microcare
Reports to: Country Manager
Purpose of the position:
-To provide high level technical services for PC and HC Business Unit
Principle accountability:
- Monitor the technical team, oversee the lab budget and ensure a safe working environment;
- Support key customers with field visits including trouble-shooting;
- Keep track with the changes on regulations in personal care and household industry;
- Initiate technical seminars for promotion of technical services and various products;
- Manage product data and design development projects for promotion of new products;
- Conduct training & coach internal people and provide external training to agents & customers;
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemical, Biochemistry, Microbiology or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years working experiences at MNCs or established companies as technical position in personal care and household industry would be preferred;
- Microbiology laboratory working experiences would be helpful;
- Familiar with preservatives, conditioning quats and silicones would be an added advantage;
- Good command of both Chinese and English in spoken and written;
- Team work spirit, initiative, strong interpersonal and good communication (written and verbal) skills;
- Ability to creatively find solutions and problem solve;
- Male, 30-40 years old;
- Willing to travel.
