Job Requirements:
1. 8+ years experience as an HR professional in a global matrix environment, including 3-4 year in the compensation discipline at least.
2. Applicants with experience in well-known international or local consulting companies preferred.
3. Strong analytical skills and systems expertise required including data manipulation in Excel and various HRIS systems.
4. Proven ability to manage entire projects with multiple parallel activities.
5. Demonstrated ability to excel at multidisciplinary organization (teamwork).
6. Transparent communication style and ability to focus on key project issues to facilitate management decision-making.
Job Description:
1. Responsible for the design, development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefit programs, policies and procedures.
2. According to HR guideline and policy, monitor and supervise the overall C&B activities including monthly payroll, annual salary review, bonus payout, support external C&B survey, etc.
3. Work closely with recruitment team and HR to provide salary/compensation guidance to facilitate hiring and promotion internally.
4. Manage performance appraisal system.
5.Collects and maintains C&B information like market practice and government regulations.
