Specific Responsibilities:
？ Driving the development and distillation of Human Understanding. Being a strong advocate for the discipline internally, throughout the company network, and to our Clients and the marketplace at large
？ Spearheading the design of meaningful human experiences for our Client’s brands.
？ Building the talent, tools, and best practices to leverage human understanding into the strategic design of meaningful experiences that connect people to our Client’s brands.
？ Helping to re-frame the company thinking from media planners/buyers to experience designers.
？ Providing leadership in bringing together brand strategy, content development, and human understanding to fuel meaningful brand experiences.
？ Serving as a consistent source of inspiration in driving our teams towards more creative, innovative ideas and practices.
？ Working in strong collaboration with planning teams and the regional and global teams to both contribute to the global investigations and capability building exercises , as well as to deploy the global products within the organization and across the spectrum of the clients


Required Skills, Experience and Education

? Bachelor’s Degree; degree or concentration in Advertising, Marketing, Social Sciences (Anthropology/Sociology/Psychology) preferred. Graduate Study/degree a plus.
? 6+ years of related work experience. This may include consumer/market research, exploring human behavior, anthropology/psychology/sociology, and advertising/marketing/media.
? Minimum of 5 years managing professional level employees
? Demonstrated business acumen and a track record of success in building and leading teams
? A demonstrative interest & passion for understanding the human condition
? Advanced level skills in qualitative research and strong understanding of and ability to work with quantitative data
? Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork abilities, entrepreneurial spirit
? Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English.
