职位描述
Responsibilities:
1) Accountable for the recruitment for all level positions;
2) Maintain and manage Reserve Pool in responsible regions;
3) Develop and manage relevant sourcing channels to ensure the effective utilization of resources;
4) Develop and maintain relevant school and social networks to facilitate the recruitment and enhance the Company's image;
5) Responsible for relevant recruitment project according to needs;
6) Write recruitment report in a timely manner and ensure the accuracy of the data;
7) As a Recruitment Consultant, keep timely and effective communication with relevant units;
8) Provide suggestions for recruitment policies, procedures, systems and tools during daily work and ensure the implementation throughout the organization in order to constantly improving the recruitment efficiency.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree or above, 5 years and above recruiting experience;
2) Working experience in multinational company or headhunting firm is preferred;
3) Good knowledge of HR foundation;
4) Good interview and assessment skills;
5) Good communication skills and analytical skills;
6) Ability of Resilience;
7) Service driven and results- oriented;
8) Good rganized, coordination capacities and project management skills;
9) Strong sense of responsibility, good team spirit;
10) Good communication ability in English
11) Solid computer skills (office software - word, excel, PPT)
