Talent program Manager & OD program Manager

Responsibilities:

HR Strategy and Planning

• Assist in the preparation of mid range plan and yearly HR goals and objectives, and in defining the KPIs for HR performance measurement.
• Perform HR environment research and analysis with the objective to finding ideas and solutions to existing/new HR programs/initiatives; or in the formulation of HR mid range plan and annual objectives
• Co-ordinate the HR strategy formation process with

Performance Management

• Establish and on-going maintenance of role descriptions library, competency library
• Review and enhance the performance management process

Succession Management

• Develop and maintain a structured approach and process for succession planning and talent management (leadership development), and to conduct effective communications with line management on appropriately on these subjects
• A representative on Global key talents programs
• Support HR VP and international HR division head in implementation of the program in the company.

Employees engagement

• Project leader for the global employee survey, establish the milestone plan and monitor the result to action progress within the company.

Process Improvement projects

• Develop, propose and implement solutions toward process improvement. This refers to responsible for project management from start to finish, ie, from project scoping, milestone plans, communication strategy, implementation, progress monitoring and result measurement.
• Initiate and manage QCD (quality , delivery and cost) process improvement projects

Requirements

1. A good understanding of about organization structure, people, business and future direction, know the trends in HR, labor market and society.
2. Analytical, logical and systematic; able to use facts, numbers and statistics in a sensible way to support an idea/recommendation in order to persuade and influence
3. Good project management skills
4. Is result oriented, have the passion and drive to make things according to plan.
5. Patient, approachable
6. Able to maintain ones posture under pressure
7. Proficient in using excel, word and PowerPoint.
