POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Provide HR partnership for assigned Corporate functions.
• Provide creative and effective solutions to people issues including recruitment, retention, and development while maintaining company's core culture.
• Build solid, credible relationships with the leadership team and employees at all levels in order to drive business capacity to meet increasingly sophisticated client needs.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with line managers on recruitment plan and manage the recruitment process to select right candidates.
• Implement Performance Management process, coach employees and line managers to use the tools, provide group trainings if necessary.
• Facilitate organization & talent review process and succession planning.
• Work with line managers on action plans for talent management and development.
• Facilitate and consolidate training needs analysis.
• Give advice to line managers and staff on team/personal training plan.
• Interpret company reward philosophy and policies to line managers,give advice to line managers on compensation for new hires, promotions and annual salary review.
• Monitor compensation spending and control total budget.
• Interpret company policies and labor policies.
• Minimize legal risks by training and coaching line managers on legal process and management process to handle ER issues.
• Manage individual and group communications to advocate corporate culture or handle changes.
  Lead or involve in HR projects - M&A, integration, talent development, change management, etc.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years working experience in multi-national companies.
• HR Generalist or HR business partner experience from a sizable organization including manufactory, R&D and commercial workforce.
• Great partnering, interpersonal and communicating skills.
• Business acumen and problem solving skills.
• Well balanced between strategic thinking and hands on approach.
• Strong knowledge and experience in HR tools, processes and systems.
• Bachelor or above degrees.
• Strong English language skills (verbal and written).
