Asia Procurement Supervisor-packaging（采购主管-亚太区包材采购部） -有外资日化/快消/制药行业优先

Job Purpose:

1. Conduct supplier capability assessment on cost, technical, production, quality and supply chain.
2. Develop and manage supplier relationships.
3. Study suppliers' cost structure; drive productivity plan and establish risk mitigation plan.
4. Study local industry landscape and provide market intelligence.
5. Project management on new or transfer product development at suppliers.
6. Identify appropriate engineering standards according to product category.
7. Capable to assess common manufacturing processes.
8. Liaise with R&D / Marketing / Packaging teams and Supplier Quality team to determine appropriate test requirements & methodologies.
9. Support Global Sourcing colleagues in realizing global/regional sourcing strategy, supplier management, cost saving, new product development.
10. Closely monitor tooling development milestones and ensure timely completion in required quality.
11. Identify suppliers on assigned product categories in terms of cost, quality, capacity, engineering and production capabilities.
12. Successful execution of product development at supplier and secure market launch

Qualifications:

1. More than 3 years experiences in packaging development and familiar with packaging materials and manufacturing processes.
2. Familiarity with vendor / supplier sourcing market.
3. Professional on procurement procedures implementation.
4. Strong managerial, organizational and communication skills.
5. Honest quality, dedicate to professional work.
6. Good interpersonal relationship, with team work spirit.
7. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
