职位描述
工程经理/Engineering Manager—知名外资制造型企业
Job Responsibilities:
1. Proven Experience in providing engineering leadership for products design & Development;
2. Proven Experience in handling Engineering team of 10+ people to execute new projects & platform changes;
3. Providing leadership in achieving cost & Quality targets. Need self starter & initiatives to achieve cost reduction ideas using proven Cost optimization tools used in industry;
4. Ownership on Concept to development & execution of new designs at right cost, Quality & Time;
5. Experience in advanced Product approval testing for Refrigerators. Strong Home appliance knowledge in Plan, co-ordinate to execute performance / safety / Reliability tests on products, subsystems, and components to evaluate and approve new product designs;
6. Work closely with Global Consumer design and marketing on product innovation and new design of product features (structure);
7. Need sound background in working & handling OEM/Supplier base for finished products development;
8. Product/platform evaluation, and identify technical abnormalities, ensure that problems are identified and eliminated as early as possible in development programs, Summarize and provide direction;
9. Participate in creating, reviewing, and upgrading cost and quality of existing products based on data from the field;
10. Participation in meetings and exchange of information through written and verbal communications means are required.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in majors related with Mechanical Engineering;
2. 8+ years working experience, 5 yrs experience in leadership role in mechanical industry is required;
3. Familiar with product design and development, manufacturing process ((Injection, extrusion, stamping, die casting, etc.) and surface treatment process (anodizing, powder coating, electroplating, etc. ) is essential;
4. Good knowledge on Six Sigma (FMEA, SPC, MSE, COV, DOE, etc.) is preferred;
5. Strong Team leadership skills imbibed with fluent professional English communication skills;
6. Stand as a inspirational leader building competent team providing constant motivation;
7. Demonstrating winning culture by setting examples at it’s own;
8. Strong Team player and strong analytical and problem-solving capability;
9. Master/experienced with different drawing software, like Auto-CAD, Pro/E, UG, etc;
10. Good team work and demonstrate the capabilities to coordinate the work in different organization and culture.
