Senior C&B Supervisor/资深薪酬福利主管-500强美资企业

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in annual benefit market surveys, analyze statistical data in benefits reports to understand market trend and the competitiveness of company benefits programs.
2. Conduct customized survey on need basis to understand market prevalence practice, develop recommendations to management with balanced cost and people impact.
3. Design, evaluate and modify benefits policies and programs in support of company's people strategy, also to ensure that all benefits policies and programs are current, competitive and in compliance with regulations.
4. Be proficient with all laws and regulations that govern associates benefits, conduct research on need basis and provide consultation to internal customers with appropriate interpretations and constructive advice.
5. Provide support to HR of both commercial and supply chain to address any benefits related issues or queries.
6. Plan and launch effective associates' communication on total rewards to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives.
7. Conduct benefits related trainings on company's benefit policies, proposals and programs and ensure associates' understanding and implementation.
8. Provide support to any rewards related projects assigned to Benefits Team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree from high-profile University.
2. Minimum 3 years of experiences in Human Resources function, C&B related experience will be a plus.
3. Good spoken and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
4. Be confident about gathering facts and statistics and making constructive proposals.
5. Highly analytical, logical and systematic.
6. Have good commercial awareness with professional background.
7. Good at Microsoft (Excel, PPT and Word), with HR information system knowledge.
8. Be able to work accurately, with good attention to details.
