HRIS Manager/亚太区人力资源信息系统经理-世界500强跨国企业

A great opportunity for an ambitious HR information systems professional to join a rapidly expanding Europe company at the start of a key period of development. Reporting into the Asia Pacific HR Director, the role will involve the day to day management of the HR/Payroll Systems for over 8,000 employees,

Main Responsibilities:

Supports SAP implementations by working with the appropriate HRIS team member(s) to evaluate requirements, train users, convert data, and support the entity on an ongoing basis.

Manages assigned aspects of SAP implementations at regional entities. This includes establishing project plans, creating process documentation, coordinating test plans, and tracking milestones, indentifying issues that may cause delays in deliverables or obstacles to meeting goals. Works with the appropriate business owners and/or HRIS team to evaluate requirements, train users, convert data, and support the entity on an ongoing basis.

Works with the HRIS team member(s) to ensure that functional requirements are analyzed, documented and included on Global Information Services (GIS) work plans.

Assists the C&B Team with annual compensation administration such as report development, auditing and uploads into SAP for the headquarters region as well as providing recommendations for process and system improvements.

Develops and modifies new and/or existing HR reports. This would include gathering requirements from end-users, document requirements, and work with IS on developing and testing of new reports.

Maintains SAP HR documentation and communicates to the regional HR community of any changes.

Researches best practices and keeps abreast of trends in HRIS development and related business applications to assist business owners in meeting system and process goals.

Experience Requirements

• 5-8 years+ experience in HRIS;
• Experience as HR Generalist is preferred;
• Cross culture working experience is preferred;
• Industry experience is plus;
  

Knowledge / Education /Skill Requirements

Above university degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or information management or statistics;

Excellent peoplesoft skill is a must;

Good command of English. Fluent in Oral.

Good presentation, project management skills
