职位描述
Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for material planning, ensure supply for production requirement, improve material fill rate, increase inventory turns and optimize inventory structure.
- Overall monitor the effective production plan performance, continuously improve production accuracy and stability, coordinate when reschedule need.
- Responsible for weekly customer inquiry, improve customer fill rate and on time rate.
- Enhance supply chain management, improve supplier on time delivery and fill rate.
- Analyze and optimize material quota setting, and organize the quota meeting.
- Analyze material stock status and reason, continuously improve MRP parameter setting – safety stock, MOQ, rounding value etc.
- Initiative JIT/VMI/Consignment project and executive.
- Strength cross function cooperation, coordinate with new project requirement.
- Responsible for KPI report and other planning report.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Above 5 years ERP material / production planning experience in foreign company.
- Excellent in English writing and oral skill.
- Good computer skill.
- Good organization and communication skill.
