职位描述
Our client is a Fortune 500, they are looking for high-caliber persons to fill the position.
Responsibilities:-
- Formulate, implement and develop HR programs, policies and procedures to meet business needs and statutory requirements.
- Develop, implement and review the manpower plan with business managers; source, and select candidates with hiring managers to address the staffing needs timely.
- Review and implement rewards programs to ensure internal equity of our pay system and the general pay level of the company is competitive with the market.
- Identify training and development needs through a systematic process, formulate and implement training plan.
- Facilitate and drive the performance evaluation process, provide coaching and counselling to managers and employees.
- Build and promote company culture that supports the company’s direction and goals, and foster a positive and harmonious relationship between employees and the company.
- Prepare HR reports, and monitor key indexes like employee turnover rate, analyse the root causes and recommend appropriate solutions to reduce / keep the turnover rate to / at a reasonable level.
- Ensure efficient and effective implementation of all required HR processes and tools including an attendance and payroll system.
- Keep abreast of the latest employment – related legislation and regulations (both national and local) and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure legal compliance.
- Manage office administrative matters to create an orderly and supportive working environmentcost – effectively.
Requirements:-
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree preferably in HR Management or related discipline
- HR management accrediction certificate is an advantage
Experience
- Over 7 years’ solid HR generalist experience, with at least 2 years at managerial level preferrably in MNC and manufacturing
- Solid background in recruitment and people development is definitely an advantage
Professional / Specific Skills (management, technical, etc):
- Solid knowledge of HR management and practices.
- Knowledge of China Labor Law and local regulations regarding employment – related matters, good network and relations with relevant government departments.
- Proficiency in oral and written English communication
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Good presentation skills.
Personal Attributes:
- Self – motivated, analytical, result – oriented and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Mature and trustworthy.
- High ethical standard and integrity.
- Willing to travel.
