Responsibilities:-

- Responsible for new product and new production line qualification in package, take charge of package issue solution from technical viewpoint, support technical requirements from other functions.
- Lead and coach packaging team to achieve team’s goal.
- Responsible for qualification of in-house packing machine and new product.
- Success Criteria. Define and align Success Criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring minimum requirements are determined at project start, mandatory criteria is set down for product release.
- Performance Qualification (PQ) Protocol. Determine PQ Protocol that can monitor all necessary quality factors and other key requirements from function teams.
- Product Release Protocol. Create and get cross function alignment about Product Release Protocol before PQ implementation base on determined success criteria.
- Performance Qualification. Lead the implementation of PQ. Coordinate function teams to make sure qualification is implemented in time, qualification process is monitored, process parameter and product quality data are recorded, final products are inspected.
- Performance Qualification Report. Consolidates the feedback from function teams and submit PQ report including qualification result, punch list and follow up action.
- Meet the technical support requirement from Production or Engineering, including day-to-day technical issue solutions, project technical issue, etc.
- Support package improvement projects that’s initiated by Marketing, WIRC or R&D.
- Support qualification of critical new machines in co-packer.

Requirements:-

- Bachelor’s Degree; Packaging Design & Engineering, Material Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering preferred.
- 3+ years of package development experience in multinational company.
- Can work in pressure and response quickly upon job task and functional requirement.
- Sound package material knowledge, including injection molding, blow molding, paper material, flex-package etc.
- Well understanding of quality tools including AQL’s, CPK analysis and SPC.
- Good learning agility and positive to accept the change on new tasks assigned.
- Creative problem solving and multitasking skills. Can distill complex data into useful information and conclusions.
- Works effectively in multifunctional teams, builds relationships, and gets buy-in from colleagues.
- Experience in team management is requisite, Experience in project management is preferred.
- Fluent English and local language required.
