Our client is a Fortune 500, they are looking for high-caliber persons to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

- Provide full spectrum of C&B services (from concept development to final execution of strategy and programs) by working closely with BP HR in support of the operations in MGZ. Offer customized and pragmatic C&B solutions in light of the specific competitive business needs and external market developments. Monitor C&B daily operation. Make sure C&B operation compliance with labor law/IIT policy.
- Salary System establish and management:
- Establish, execute and develop Compensation and Benefits programs in order to provide an effective and efficient kit to keep internal equity & external competitive advantage. Review and standard current Job family/Job level/Position name Develop C&B policies, procedures and guidelines. Monitor its effectiveness and efficiency.
- Establish, Perform job analysis and evaluation exercises, merit increase programs, the administration of benefits and perquisites and develop a competitive job and salary structure. Be sensitive on the market movement including pay trend, benefits practices as well as legal regulations update.
- Performance Management:
- Establish, execute and develop performance reviews, bonus plan & payment and retention program. Provide constructive resolutions to HR Manager and management on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, job evaluation and other specific C&B issues.
- Cost Analysis:
- Prepare and control overall human resource budgets and cost. Provide C&B Report.
- Analysis DL & IDL cost.
- Monitor Daily Operation and Coach Team member:
- Support on the annual Salary and Social Benefit Audit by the customers and Global Audit.
- Managing the labor agency and dispatched workers payroll/Social insurance.
- Managing the expat payroll and IIT.
- Monitor C&B implementation: employee on-boarding, transfer, promotion and termination process, employees labor contract signing, social insurance transaction.
- Monitor HRIS system maintenance. Ensure that all C&B reports and records are properly and timely documented and maintained.
- Experienced in development Audio electronics such as schematics, key component choice, layout, part lists etc.

Requirements:-

- Bachelor or above degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or Account or Audit or related major.
- 8+ years work experience in HR field with at least 6 years' hands-on experience in C&B area.
- Strong knowledge and experience in data analyzing ability to generate report, develop and implement C&B policies; Solid working knowledge of remuneration systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, A positive team leader, Independent, detail-oriented.
- Proficient in English, both written and oral.
- Excellent computer skills required.
