Our client is a Fortune 500, they are looking for high-caliber persons to fill the position.
Responsibilities:-
- According to company strategy and business objectives, Quality Manager is responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Manage and lead quality teams to cooperate with sourcing, operations, customer service teams to meet customer's satisfactions.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Quality team & overall quality activates of Metal Plant, Develop and maintain quality systems including process development;
- Work closely with related Depts. and other sites to establish specific quality plans and challenging quality goals, measurement metrics to improve COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) and Customer Satisfaction. Continuous improvement, including CIP program;
- Maintain and improve company Quality and Environmental systems to meet today and future needs. Professionally handle customer and suppliers audits to meet excellent results. Contact person towards customer and suppliers in quality related affairs;
- Ensure excellence customers service and deal with external complaints. Process execution responsibility in the plant;
- Lead, implement and follow up the use of Quality tools (FMEA, GR&R, problem solving tools, etc.) usage in plant;
- Lead corrective actions for internal / external non-conformances. Review root cause analyses and follow-ups;
- Lead incoming quality control, claim handling for suppliers and supplier development.
Requirements:-
- B.Sc in relevant field, manufacturing plant experience is essential;
- Familiar in quality full function; practical experience from quality and environmental systems for minimum 6 years;
- Very good understanding of manufacturing processes, Verification and Approval process;
- Strong Communication skills and good problem solving skills;
- Good written and spoken English;
- Be familiar with production process and quality tools and metal production process.
