Our client is a Fortune 500, they are looking for high-caliber persons to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

- Be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities in Flexo Converting to maximize the effeiciency and effectiveness of man power, materials, equipments and space.
- To ensure company annual goals are achieved in terms of reliaility, quality, cost control, housekeeping and safety.
- Manages and develops Production Staffs and on-site management personnel.
- Provides expertise & technical supporting in resolution of problem related to Flexo & RFID Converting as needed.
- Establish schedule and ensures effective and efficient use of man power, materials, equipments and space.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to Production, coordinate with function departments in planning and implementing manufacturing programs.
- Supervise the implementation and maintenance of all safety, health and environment procedures in accordance with plant and company policies and guidelines.
- Guide to develop, implement and maintain the equipment and tools maintenance / management system.
- Maintains an effective organisation through the selection, development and motivation of all personnel.
- Develop management talents necessary to achieve short and long term objectives by effective direction, coaching and training according to an overall manpower planning.
- Ensure compliance with plant employee relationships policies and guidelines.
- Drive Lean-sigma manufacturing, manages and executes various programs that lead to improve in quality, costs and overall efficiency.
- Cooperate with TQ department to implement and maintain the quality / ISO9000 system. Recommened corrective actions for all CCR / NMR cases and ensure the corrective action could implemented effectively.
- Ensure all employees participate company-organised training on ISO9001, FSC and EHS, and follow related procedure & WI.
- Prepare and controls departmental budget.

Requirements:-

- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- 6 years or above working experience in related industry or discipline, 4 years or above experience in management position.
- Good English reading, writing and speaking skills.
- Good command of computer operating skill (OFFICE, EXCEL etc.).
- Demonstrates leadership behaviours supporting company's values.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ability to manage labor intensive manufacturing operations plus the knowledge in mechanical or electronics.
- Familiar with lean knowledge and Production layout Planning.
- Set stretch goals, self-motivated, and measure right thing to ensure success and meet objectives.
- Ability to work efficiency with Cross-Functional teams & effectively to significant results.
- Demonstrates process troubleshooting skills.
- Customers focused, quick response and creative solutions.
