Responsibilities and routines:

1. Receive inspection applications from vendors, upload to the company’s inspection planning system;

2. Coordinate with vendors and Merchandising Teams to check for inspection applications’ completeness and accuracy;

3. Assist QA Managers to schedule inspections

4. Assign inspection tasks to QCs from “inspection planning system”;

5. Communicate and coordinate with vendors for inspection booking, changes, cancellation, etc.;

6. Assist QA Managers to issue QC inspection reports to relevant parties, and run QA summary reports, vendor quality performance reports, for management’s review.

Requirements:

1. Good in English reading and writing, prefer speaking;

2. Computer programs operation, good at EXCEL and WORD;

3. Knowledge on QC inspection operation processes;

4. Good at communication skill.
