Responsibility:
Responsible for mechanical design of SSL products, including LED lighting fixtures and lighting sources; Responsible for the mechanical parts design including plastic mold-in parts, metal stamping, extrusion and die-casting; Knowledge of normal finishing process for plastic and metal parts; Understanding of metal-core plastic over-molding, thermal plastic and transparent optical plastic will be a plus;
- 负责LED 灯具和光源产品的机械结构设计；包括注塑部件外壳结构件，金属冲压，压铸，挤出等常见制成工艺；熟悉常规塑料件和金属件的表面处理工艺；了解金属嵌件注塑，导热塑料和透明光学塑料的特性和应用；
Work on design drawings of mechanical parts. Set up and update the LOM and BOM of the development product. Tracking tooling progress and sample preparation. Technical document management.
- 绘制零件图。在开发阶段建立和维护产品LOM和BOM。跟进开模零件的进度和样品的准备装配。管理相关技术资料。
Follow up the product introduction through EPP, PP and Mass Production. Work with Engineering, Quality and Production department to solve mechanical related process issues.
- 跟进产品的工程导入，试产和量产，配合工程，质量和生产部解决生产中的相关结构工艺问题；
- Ensure the design performance, cost and schedule target are fulfilled；
- 确保开发项目达到预设的整体性能，成本和时间目标；
- Benchmark new mechanical solutions from competition and suppliers;
- 跟踪并评估供应商和竞争对手的新结构方案等；

Qualifications /Requirement:
Major in Mechanical, college or above degree. Good understanding in Mechanics of material, process, tooling and finishing;
- 机械或机电专业，本科以上学历。良好的机械设计基础知识。
3 ~ 5 years’ experience in mechanical design, experience in lighting industry, experience in foreign company will be a plus;
- LED照明行业3到5年以上机械设计经验；外资工作背景优先；
- Experience in CAD software and 3D design tools like Solidworks; Familiar with the thermal simulation tools;
- 能熟练运用CAD和三维设计软件（如：Solidworks）, 了解相关热学模拟软件。
- English reading & writing is a must; preferred with good English speaking;
- 能阅读并撰写英文技术文档。
