Key Accountabilities:

1. To check billings and complete jobs arising from other departments.
2. To check billings from vendors.
3. To prepare vouchers.
4. To collect cash/cheque from clients.
5. To deposit cheque and cash.
6. To issue tax invoice.
7. To monitor AR and make AR collection call.
8. To issue cheque.
9. To perform data input, validation, and filing duties.
10. To prepare monthly statements to clients and Airlines.
11. To perform simple accounts settlement and reconciliation.
12. To assist in month-end closing tasks.
13. To take up additional accounting tasks as required to meet the Company’s needs.
