工作概括

The Soft Goods Developer 软件开发专员主要负责新的软件产品的开发进程-按时、按产品说明、在目标价位之内完成开发的工作。

开发专员需要针对新品开发的流程管理,产品更新和转移,并且和供应商紧密工作确保产品符合乐瑞的技术和品质要求。开发专员要求确保所有新开发的产品在开发周期和预算之内进行生产,并且符合产品的详细说明书和安规要求标准。


主要的责任和义务

1. 带领团队进行所有新品开发的,产品更新和转移的项目。完成所有重要步骤以实现样品确认。定期更新和报告关于产品开发的进度和时间。

2. 针对样品所有的尺寸、试用、技术结构和生产、测试要求、以及安规标准进行评估和报告。

3. 评估产品价格包括所有原材料的使用量

4. 为产品设计改进提出建议,为生产失误提出可行的解决方案。

5. 第一次生产前与供应商进行产前会议评估。

6. 针对生产标准、技术和乐瑞公司的品质要求对新的或者现有供应商进行评估和培训。

7. 管控所有的产品品质流程/要求。

8. 建立纸样、技术要求,按照需求涉及的材料用量。

职位需求

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

教育背景


  1. 本科学历或者以上,在纸样打版专业或者时装设计学科优先考虑。
  2. 相关行业5年以上工作经验,在服装、玩具、汽车车缝产品相关经验优先考虑。
  3. 此职位需要具备在技术方面尤其是软件产品结构很深入及专业的了解,熟练掌握生产工艺和产品开发的流程管理。
  4. 需要培训和开发供应商。

SKILLS:

技能:


  1. 对成衣和车缝产品有很深入得知识结构,熟练掌握CMT和车缝工艺。
  2. 有制作软件产品纸样的经验,能用图解的方式进行软件产品详情说明以及材料用量,此点为必须的。
  3. 有经验试用成衣CAD软件(Lectra/Gerber)优先,但不是必须的。
  4. 有经验使用Adobe Illustrator为优先,但不是必须。
  5. 有产品BOM分析经验,以及对成衣CAD软件较为熟悉。
  6. 英语达到CET4级或者以上的水平。
  7. 愿意出差,为必须点。

JOB SUMMARY
The Soft Goods Developer is responsible for new soft goods development –ON TIME and ON SPEC and ON BUDGET. They will be accountable for schedule management of new product development, refresh and transfer; and working with suppliers to ensure products meet all Dorel technical and quality requirements. He/she should be required to ensure that all new products are produced within the developmental timeline and budget, and also comply with product specifications and all regulatory standards.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead the product development process for all New Product Development, Refresh and Transfer. Achieve all critical path steps to sample approval. Report periodically on development process vs due date.
2. Evaluate and report on all samples for fit, technical construction and manufacturing, testing requirements, and regulatory standards.
3. Evaluate all raw material usages / consumption upon product costing
4. Provide recommendations for product design improvement and offer workable solutions for all manufacturing failures.
5. Conduct Pre-Production meeting with suppliers for all New Product Development first time production.
6. Evaluate and train new and existing suppliers on manufacturing standards, techniques and Dorel quality process.
7. Manage all product quality procedures / requirements
8. Create patterns, technical specifications, and material usage reports as required.



JOB REQUIREMENT
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
College degree or above in “Pattern Making” or “Fashion Design” required.
5 years working experience in relevant industries, preferably in garment, toys or automotive sew products.
The ideal candidate must have a strong technical understanding of soft goods construction, manufacturing and managing the product development process.
Secondary, Training and developing suppliers.


SKILLS:
Sounds knowledge of apparel manufacturing, CMT and sewing processes.
Experience developing soft goods patterns, specifications and material consumption diagrams mandatory
Experience using garment CAD software (Lectra/Gerber) will be a plus but not essential.
Experience using Adobe Illustrator a plus but not essential
Experience in product BOM analysis and familiar with garment CAD.
English ability CET 4 or above mandatory
Willing to Travel mandatory
