Duty & Responsibility:

- Work with manufacturing, accounting, HR and logistic dept. to provide customers and staff with effective and excellent helps.

- Responsible for various statistical reports as and when required. Check reimbursement.

- Execute CRM.

- To assist and support sales activities by all means to achieve sales target..

- Keep customer relationship.

- Responsible for contract, offer, customer file and other sales documents management.

- Working closely with various departments to keep project running smoothly, such as payment collection, service, handle customer complain.

- Actively organize and cooperate with company marketing activities like promotions, exhibitions.

- Assist customer service activity.

Requirement,

- College or Bachelor degree preferably in marketing and sales (or metal/mechanical/electrical)

- Skilled English Language (writing, speaking and reading)

- Basic technical background and commercial sense

- Understanding the local market about competition and market requirements

- Teamwork, good communication skills

- Good problem resolving skills

- Knowledge of related market of metal and mechanical

- Committed & hard working

- Can work 5 days per week for 6 month

- 负责整理各种统计报表。初审员工报销。

- 执行 CRM。 全面协助配合销售完成销售任务。

- 保持平衡客户关系。 负责管理客户合同、报价、技术资料及有关文件。

- 与各部门密切合作，使项目可以平稳运行,如付款收集、服务、处理客户投诉。积极组织和配合公司营销活动，如促销活动、展览。

- 配合支持服务活动。

- 有基本的技术背景和商业意识。

- 了解本地市场，了解竞争对手和行业状况。

- 熟练的英语听说读写能力。

- 有良好的团队合作意识和沟通技巧。良好解决问题的能力。

- 熟悉相关地区市场的金属和机械领域。

- 努力工作， 具有公开、创新、奉献精神。

- 可以短期工作六个月
