SUMMARY
Regional Sales Manager position will involve all sales and company representation activities on a direct basis to end user accounts, select distributor accounts and target accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
1. Present and differentiate Magnaflux products to end user and distributor accounts. Determine select products offering on best form, fit and function.
2. Responsible for management of distribution channels in assigned territory.
3. Identify target accounts; develop and execute strategies to achieve sales growth.
4. Maintain key accounts for direct and distributors by scheduled visits throughout the year.
5. Follow through on quotes generated.
6. Compile and present activity reports from customer database.
7. Customer support after sale to include training on MPI and FPI equipment and process.
8. Coordinate sales and marketing effort with product managers and market segments managers.
9. Actively participate in sales and marketing strategies for customers and distributors.
EDUCATION AND/OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE
1. Technology Bachelor’s degree preferred
2. 3- 5 years sales experience of industrial products
3. Chemical and/or equipment experience preferred
4. Computer literate: Word and Excel minimum
5. Strong communication and written skills including proficiency in database management.
6. English speaking and writing
