Job description
IBM CDL(China Development Lab) GPS (Global Process Services) Development is now looking for a highly motivated technical talent with rich experience in software engineering area to join us. You will have chances to play to your strength and apply your creative ideas to the world-class solutions and SaaS applications. The objective of GPS Development is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of building solution content - using common components, standard processes and a common platform. The GPS Development team has successfully delivered solutions and SaaS applications in Insurance, Finance, Smarter Commerce, CRM, SCM etc areas.
In GPS Development team, you will have chance to:
- Work on latest technologies and understand new business model
- Work on customer solutions from which you can understand how different IBM software and Insurance/ERP/CRM/SCM products working together to implement customers' requirements
- Work in a fast growing team with smart people
- Work with IBM top experts to learn from them
- Practice solution development process.
Bachelor/Master's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
-- Be responsible and willing to work flexible
-- Excellent programming skills on Java/J2EE/Web applications
-- Solid knowledge of design pattern and data structure
-- Familiar with Web Services, WebSphere and DB2
-- Agile development experience is a plus
-- Excellent English communication skill, and capable of solving very complicated or critical technical problems.
-- Solid knowledge on SaaS, cluster, loading sharing is a plus
-- 8 or above years of working experience

Responsibilities
- System architect design, coding and unit test;
- Teamwork with management team, test team and other developers
- Resolve critical technical and non-technical problems to archive the project goal, also improving the development efficiency by adopting new methods.
- Work together with worldwide counterparts and collaborate across GPS teams to build mutual trust relationship.
