• 3+ years of web programming experience
• Advanced experience with client-side interactive web-based application development technologies (jQuery, AJAX, CSS3, Other JavaScript UI libraries) on all browsers
• Knowledgeable using C#, ASP.NET, PHP, Object Oriented Programming (OOP), SQL, IIS, TFS, or other source control.
• Experience working with web blogs (Wordpress/Tumblr/Live Journal) and responsive layouts
• Ability to multi-task; Team Player; excellent programming and analytic skills; ability to pick up additional skills (HTML5, Adobe CS); knowledge of web best practices
• Solid communication skills with the ability to speak and write about technical issues for both technical and non-technical audiences and the ability to manage a diverse range of activities in a very visible and pressured environment, exercising independent judgment in resolving problems
