Recruitment process:

Responsibilities:
- Develops an expertise in the field of food and feed regulations in the Area: yeast and yeast products, bakery products, nutrition and health products, alcohol, food contact materials and equipment, hygiene, contaminants, labeling…
- Advises and supports the executive, functional and operational managers and their teams with regards to food and feed regulation.
- Provides a proactive regulatory watch: collection and dissemination of information.
- Contributes to the promotion and defense of the Group’s interests, through contacts with professional associations and Authorities: coordination with the corporate Regulatory Affairs, implementation of the Group’s regulatory strategy, anticipation and impact assessment of future regulations.

-Check regulatory status of products.
-Advise on compliance with applicable regulations.
-On demand, check the regulatory compliance of labels, websites, and other communication and trade documents.
-Help in the preparation of forms and documents to be submitted to the Authorities.
-Assist with official controls and exchanges with Authorities.
-Help in anticipating future regulations.


-Coordination with the corporate Regulatory Affairs by regular reporting (and physical meeting once a year). When the issue goes beyond the competences of the person, or when the topic is sensitive for the Group, he/she refers back to the corporate Regulatory Affairs.

- Submission of applications and registration files.
- Questions and answers.

Requirements:
- Legal or scientific background (Master degree or equivalent).
- Previous experience in Regulation, in Quality management or in any related field.
- Good understanding of our processes, products, and competitive environment.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
