职位描述
Overall Responsibilities:
Manage robot-automation projects on time and on budget to customer’s satisfaction. Principal
Accountabilities:
The main responsibilities of this position are the management, commercial and customer aspects of assigned projects, including:
Project execution from contract signed until final acceptance.
Participate in Project Sales / Review Customers’ specifications
Build and maintain Customer relationship / Ensure Customer satisfaction
Manage/lead project team to ensure project success and team spirit
Ensure quality/continuous performance
Control project documents Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in engineering/electrical/automatic control/mechanical
PMP certificate holder (preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
With experience in engineering of automation system project
Successful experience of project management in relevant company
Working experience in foreign companies (desired)
Knowledge of legal matters, e.g. contract laws (preferred)
Knowledge of financial management (preferred) Personal Characteristics:
Team leader: coach and develop team members, provide direction to the team member.
Project team and foster open communication.
Relationship, credibility and trust builder
Good facilitator and negotiator
Display integrity, and open attitude
Ability to influence people, building trust and credibility
Fact seeker and Problem solving attitude
Good communicator
Good competence in planning, coordination and presentation
Can work under pressure
Good command of English
