工作职责：
岗位职责：
1、负责质量、食品安全管理体系的维护及改进；
2、根据公司整体质量状况组织质量控制方案，监控产品全程质量；
3、负责推进标准化活动；
4、负责对投诉的处理和统计分析，并不断提高满意率；
5、研究开发检验技术、检验方法、检验仪器设备；
6、设计实施完善质量法律、法规；
7、每月对检验数据进行汇总、分析，并出具改善方案报告；分析最终产品及过程产品失效原因，并提出改进方案；
8、产品认证、生产许可证、体系认证、审核员、实验室检验员等评定管理；
9、供应商审核、客户审核、官方审核等主导工作；
10、组织对重大质量事故调查分析，并制定改善措施；
11、对不合格产品作处理判定。
12、上级交代的其他工作。
