JOB HOLDER: Contractor for Customer Complaint
DEPARTMENT: Quality
REPORTING TO: Customer Service Supervisor
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
Prepare, maintain, and improve the complaint handling system to ensure all customer feedback are adequately addressed in compliance with regulatory regulations, ISO standards and Corporate policy
MAIN JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Collect and handle customer complaint cases that cover all BU in the complaint handling system
2. Collect returned devices and send to SBU for analysis, communicate with SBU for product return
3. Review the complaint handling document pool to make sure every case with completed document package. Record the document review result and communicate with other team members for document filing correction.
4. Other assignment from managers
