Job description
1.)Procedure FA Case Assignment
a. The case will be assigned to a RCFA Debug Engineer by the Case Owner.
b. The RCFA Debug Engineer will be responsible for the electronic debug and troubleshooting process of the RCFA investigation.
2.)Initial Case Investigation
a. The RCFA Debug Engineer will develop a Fault Isolation Plan with input from the Case Owner and the RCFA Team.
b. The RCFA Debug Engineer will work in concert with the Case Owner and the Lab Team in order to expedite the Fault Isolation Process.
3.)Hardware Component Analysis
a. The RCFA Debug Engineer will be responsible for component failure debugging and Validation.
b. The RCFA Debug Engineer will run diagnostic and analyze failure report.

Position Requirements
- 4 year Electrical Engineering Degree
- Experience in HW design in the telecommunication products and networking products
- Strong hardware background in high-speed circuit analyzing and component trouble shooting
- Familiar with various debug tools, such as oscilloscope, curve tracer, logical analyzer and boundary scanner
- Demonstrated and verifiable customer service skills
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Microsoft Business Systems experience
