职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
- To assist in financial information and reporting (ie. price forecast, contract coverage, market update, ISIS savings update)

- To assist in continuous improvement program :
· Identify, implement and monitor savings project, net inflation, cost avoidance, payment term and DOH
· Support target alignment with internal and external stakeholders
· Work closely with procurement lead, R&D, Category Procurement Ops, SC to identify and follow up savings opportunities
· Support global/regional innovation & renovation projects
· Support sustainability program/agenda for EMS suppliers

- To assist in procurement :
· Research supplier cost and competitiveness
· Understand market in which UL operates
· Assist in the development and implementation of portfolio strategy
· Assist in building robust supplier base which is aligned with UL growth and sustainability target
· Provide support to Category Procurement and Procurement Operations (quotation, contract price, assist during crisis ie. shortage, assist when issue arises ie. volume contract discrepancies)
· Ensure supplier compliance both for existing and new suppliers

Job Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years experience in R&D/ supply chain / procurement at appropriate work level(s) with a proven track record of strategic analysis, team leadership and or negotiation.
- Food manufacturing related working experience is preferred
