Qualifications and Experience:
With a law degree from a law school of good repute.

Job Description :
1.Assist in protecting the Company’s legal interests and maintaining its operations within the scope established by law;
2.Undertaking drafting of commercial agreement’s like Master Service Agreements, Alliance Agreements, License Agreements and other agreements relevant to the business of an Information Technology service provider;
3.Reviewing proposals, assisting in preparing proposals and providing assistance in responding to tenders, RFP’s etc.4.Participating in negotiations with customer and vendors and ensuring conformance with internal contracting requirements and risk mitigation requirements;
5.Analyzing legal issues and issues related to commercial risks, and presenting clear recommendations, and assuring legal compliance;
6.Undertaking legal advisory functions in relation to general corporate compliance and about laws;
7.Tracking laws and regulations that are relevant to the Company’s business and policies;
8.Providing legal advice to all levels of executive staff and manage junior members of the legal department.

Skill Requirement:
1.Strong transactional drafting and communication skills;
2.Should have strong knowledge of the legal systems in the People’s Republic of China and Hong Kong and contracting practices in the said jurisdictions;
3.Domain expertise in contracting related to the information technology business and the various industry verticals related thereto;
Prior experience in independently handling high value transactions;
4.Must be able to demonstrate/show examples of solutions provided to complex commercial and legal issues;
5.Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and Mandarin
