Job purpose:
Efficiently support stores Metro credit control

Key responsibilities & accountabilities
- Coordinate and conduct Metro Credit in stores to support Operations.
- Regularly summarized and analysis stores credit reports.
- Double check aging report of store credit customer and receivables.
- Double check credit customer information and agreement, generate credit customer code in SAP.
- Block, re-open credit control according to SOP of Metro credit.
- Coordinate with third party to provide stores rating reports on time and help stores to make judgment.
- Assign collection of delinquent accounts to 3rd party collector.
- Good teamwork spirit and finish assigned jobs.
- Support team leader on such treasury related projects.
- Insurance case follow up.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Business trip.

Skills& experiences:
- Open minded, team work spirit and able to work independently
- Strong skills in communication and negotiation
- Able to work in complex environment for a multinational group
- At least 2 years experience as Credit control in multinational company, retail company prefered
