职位描述

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize TRW Aftermarket China distributor operation process based on TRW global experiences and the industrial best practices, including the workshop penetration and coverage model, the distributor sales person sales call process, the distributor sales person performance management, the distributor CRM, etc.
  • Evolve and standardize TRW Aftermarket China distributor management process and tools in terms of distributor recruitment/ termination process, distributor contract, distributor annual business plan and performance measurement, distributor trade policy and implementation, distributor capability assessment, and distributor network planning (optimized number of distributor by geography and channels.
  • Be as a mentor and consultant to work closely with the TRW regional channel sales team and the distributors to learn, understand the concept and tools of the TRW Aftermarket China distributor management process, support and assist the National Sales Manager to drive the implementation of the process into daily business activities.
  • Develop the aftermarket distributor sales competence programs with the effective and efficient organization of the internal and external resources. According to the sales growth and distributor enhancement and expansion plan, arrange and deliver the sales training schedules regarding the selling, channel knowledge and business management skills.
  • Study and develop TRW Aftermarket China Distributor CRM to build up China workshop customer database, make analysis to distributor’s performance of workshop development as well as their cost & value chain model in order to provide proposals to the management team on improvement action.
  • Be the liaise and the representative of company with the TRW Aftermarket China Distributor Council, organize council activities and events based on business needs to maintain constructive and efficient communications and cooperation with TRW China core customers.

Qualification:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business management, Sales, or Marketing.
  • 5+ years experience of channel sales and distributor management areas in aftermarket or other consumable product businesses in a multinational company. An overall distributor management process development experience is a big plus.
  • Experiences of distributor information system and CRM.
  • Experiences of people management, training, coaching and cross-functional work.
  • Sound understanding to finance, logistics and other business operation functions.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent computer skills (Access, Excel, PPT)
  • Strong sales and/ or marketing acumen
  • Good communication skills: presenting, facilitating discussions.
  • Good coaching skills
  • Ability to influence people and drive the implementations of business projects and plans with non-direct supervisory authority.
