Responsibility

- Organize and assist in conducting annual training needs survey, prepare annual training plan to meet the business needs.

- Responsible for global TD training program and course roll out, control process, budget, implementation and evaluation

- Develop “Learning in Action” tool with IT team

- Responsible for designing and delivering basic training courses such as interpersonal skills training

- Take charge of company’s university hire development program’s implementation

- Be able to effectively report and follow up on training course, programs, activities, performance, etc.

- Assist TD manager to identify talent gap and design, implement, and monitor various talent development programs to meet company business strategy.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree or above, certified Trainer qualification.

- Minimum 5 years experiences at Human Resources, minimum 3 years experience in training and facilitation in multinational company

- Good problem solving, execution ability, project management experience is preferred.

- Be proactive, demonstrate self-leadership and professionalism

- Good interpersonal and with cross functional coordination skill.

- An independent trainer in designing and delivering training.

- Excellent English speaking, reading and writing capabilities.
