Job description
ETC's Reso focal for various location's Facilities management and site operations requirement - seat allocation or change to meet business requirement, gross occupany expense allocation of ETC office among various BUs, raise ad hoc work requests to repair or replace equipment out of order, support and coordinate movement requests in case of relocation or exapnsion
Perform monthly SLA/SOW validation for ETC office re JLL's services level demonstrated and deliverables received
Reso focal to work with Security/IHS for fire drill/evacution training, to fix any finding/defects pertaining to IHS issues or security concerns
Reso focal to deal with Landlord and Property management office to resolve finding/defects identified by FM Global for public area and Landlord equipment
Reso focal to manage shuttle buses vendors, EMS/UPS courier services, green plant, office supplies, feedback vendor performace for vendor selection, raise Bond for MPR requests.
