Job description of Head QC / technician
FOR SAMPLES
1. Be responsible to follow up color, drawing confirmation, sample, hardware etc.
2. Be responsible and follow the sample process and report daily to country manager;
3. Check all processes are correct and follow requests from NL R&D.
4. Sample/P-sample follow-up, pre-checking and confirmation
5. Be responsible to finish sample/P-sample checking report both in English and Chinese.
6. Work with factory for AS
7. Make good pictures of the samples before sample loaded.
8. Be responsible to support country manager to prepare the arrangement and samples for the R&D visitors from HHNL.
9. Support HHNL visitors during sample/P-sample checking
10. Other assignments or work arranged by China Country Manger or NL.
11. Communication and coordination
Be responsible to report all the related information for details of all samples (materials, finishing, aging, sizes, HW etc) and be proactive in looking for solutions when needed.
12. Checking the testing result (if requested)

FOR PRODUCTION
1. Pre-check and stamp new P-samples before NL headquarter sign
2. Highlight on P-drawing for update part
3. Solving all technical issues during mass production (if requested)
4. Support for correct 0-serie/1st production info
5. Organize NL QC team, arrange QC daily job
6. Be responsible for checking QC jobs, unpacking, make unpack reports, follow up with JCL system (if requested)
7. Follow up daily delivery in factory and report to NL and Country manager


Requirement:
1. At least 3-4 years working experience in wood furniture industry (preferably in MDF/high gloss/lacquer) as Head QC / technician;
2. Good English with Both written and oral English is a must;
3. Could accept flexible working hours and frequent travel among different places;
4. Be a fast learner and be able to work under pressure;
5. Could cooperate with suppliers and colleagues to achieve the assigned with high efficiency;
6. Honest and willing to grow with the company.
