Role:
Responsible for component manufacture engineering management including advanced equipment developing solution, process management and production equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities:
? Sets, maintains and manages high standard of component manufacture engineering;
? Responsible for creating capital budgets & expenses controlling for projects;
? Champion reactive & proactive process engineering activities on site
? Improve manufacturing methods, layouts, equipment and techniques to ensure overall operations efficiency
? Manages and trains professional engineers
? Determines proper staffing and skills levels for the engineering people


Qualification:
? Bilingual in Chinese and English, fluent in Oral English
? Bachelor Degree in mechanical/machining engineering or advanced degree
in related field
? Minimum 8 years experience in manufacturing engineering, 3 year managerial level
? Proven experience for developing new manufacturing process and implementation
? A proven disciplined approach to project management.
? Solid knowledge and experience of manufacturing technologies, process development at Injection, Double Injection, Rubber and plastic.Experienced in MIM, Casting, CNC, Soldering, and Plating, painting or polishing is preferred. (Not consider electronic and assembly related industrial, auto, toys or watches industry prefferred)
? A good team player with other dept, good at communication
? Experience of team management as a leader
