Responsibility:

1.Overall crystal department responsibility
2.People management: HC, training needs, MBO mgt, etc
3.KPI understanding and follow up
?Extra consumption/scrap rate/yield
?Punctuality/on time production
?Respect of quality standards and procedures
4.Alignment and sharing with other plant in the group
?Weekly meetings on conference call
?Projects follow up and product analysis/development
5.Lean production/5S/visual mgt
6.Project mgt and top mgt reporting
7.Other task assigned
Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree in related major preferred
2.5-7 years working experience in similar production position.
3.Excellent in spoken and written English.
4.Good command of SAP and office
5.Good communication and organization and capacity to see overall needs and forcast problem and matching needs in according with quality and company standard.
6.Good team player and people mgt skill.
7.Lean exp is a must.
8.Crystal lens maching exp preferred.(No assembly exp background)
