职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. manage Customer Relation affairs including (but not limited to) delivering product orientation to all students; handling non-technique CR issues and coordinate with Central CR for technique CR issues; making monthly phone coaching call to all students and edit in system; handling normal technical issues and defects in center and help to communicate with relevant departments on serious issues (Central CR or IT); reception and greeting customers, and work with course consultant to handle direct leads in a professional and efficient way; center equipment maintenance, center display and center stock checking and monitoring.
2. Manage academic team to provide students with an engaging English language environment through their course of study. This includes but not limited to work with teachers to confirm monthly teaching schedule, deliver enough high quality Life Club and Workshop events; constantly review and improve our teacher materials and content; get teachers involve in marketing events and sales process to help closing.
3. Improve student usage and satisfaction by providing the best teaching activity and customer service. Thus try to get good word of mouth and referral students.
4. Work as a key management person in the center to involve in all high level discussion and decision making process. Communicate with central Student Experience function to follow
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent, 5+ working experience in training industry
2. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
3. Knowledge of academic management
4. Excellent English communication skill
5. Good analytical and problem solving ability
