Job Objective工作目标:
-The Internal Control specialist is responsible for coordinating, animating and reporting the progress of the internal control actions to the management team to help the General Manager ensure that the company is compliant with the Saint-Gobain standards and procedures; he is also missioned to identify areas of improvement in the procedures, process or work flow of the company as well as to work on specific missions assigned by the General Manager.

Job Responsibilities工作职责:
-Organize the annual and quarterly internal control meetings and follow the action plans
-Annual review of the internal control status:
-Collect evidences for the 60-questionnaire and follow the action plan progress
-Assist the GM and each Director for the annual risk analysis and the risk card; follow the action plan progress
-Annual review and update of procedures with each Director
-Follow the regular update of the routine internal control items (SAP conflict of interest, delegation of power list and signature, credit limit, etc.)
-Prepare and assist all audits, internal or external, concerning business control
-Spot control of procedures: stock taking, travel expenses, purchasing, etc.
-Any other mission assigned by the General Manager for the purpose of internal control or business control
-Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements
-Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline

-Master degree or above
-Strong financial or legal background
-Very good command of English
-Strong analytical skill
