职位描述

Major Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the sales plans and activities to fulfill the strategic target for Road House branded
braking products for Chinese aftermarket.
· Establish and develop the Road House dedicated distributor network via quality approaching,
screening, negotiating and contracting potential customers. Maintain and consolidate relationship with
Road House distributors.
· Deliver the monthly and yearly sales targets of Road House as set out in the Operating Plan.
· Provide rolling forecast from Road House customers to Supply Chain, coordinate with FMG Qingdao
and TRW Aftermarket operation departments in the achievement of these forecast.
· Work closely with FMG Qingdao to develop and deliver Road House product training materials and
conduct the trainings to customers.
· In cooperation with FMG Qingdao and TRW Aftermarket marketing team to identify and deliver Road
House product development plan and brand related activities.
· In 2-3 years, Road House will establish a small sales team as long as the sales growing with Ops.
Assist with the recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation of the sales subordinates.


Key Competencies:
College degree, sales and marketing preferred
· At least 10 years in sales and distributor management position in multinational companies, automobile
related industry is preferred
· Have the ability/experience to develop and manage a distributor network in China aftermarket, or a
similar industry, be good at customer management
Business analysis skills, sense of market awareness
· Strategic thinking skills
· Presentation skills
· Microsoft office skills
· Experiences of working in matrix organization, high competence of coordination and project
management
· Results oriented, can work under pressure and work independently
· Fluent in English, both written and oral.
