Eaton corp has an opening located at Chang'an, Dongguan, the propose is:

1.In charge of customer audit/third party audit/internal audit/management review

2.Build and maintain ISO9001 manual/document/procedure/record

3.Prepare Quality Budget and implement quality improvement action plan

4.Lead Daily Meeting with CQE/PQE/QMS to understand the problem of process/customer and coach them on how to resolve those issues.

5.Responsible for Customer Complaints Handling, Process issues

6.Responsible Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports to Quality Manager.

7.Daily Customer complaint review meeting and follow up to close

8.Support QC team to follow up QC issues and close it with related depts..

9.Participate in Daily Gamba Walk.

10.Train & develop team members

11.Task assigned by Quality Manager

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree, major as mechanical/electronic engineering;

2.Work in quality more than 8 years

3.English written/read is a must, spoken as preferred

4.Expert in ISO/TS16949 or QS9000+ 5 core tools (apap/ppap, fmea, msa, spc, cp)

5.ISO9000 internal auditor is a must

6.Strong in DOE, VOC, QFD

7.Excellent communication skill

8.Can work under huge pressure

9.Be able to work in a systematical way

10.Strong in computer skills such as excel/word/ppt
