Job Responsibility:
1. Join in the new projects selection, assessment;
2. Understand the requirements of the user department (e.g., LLS, EHS, Maintenance, etc.), and formalize them in a technical document;
3. Follow up the projects during the lifecycle, including timing and resources control, feedbacks from the user department, continuous improvement and so on
4. Continuously optimize, improve and standardize the manufacturing process;
5. Improve the fixture, quality, cost, efficiency of the production;
6. Project management of KPI improvement in the plants;
7. Lean manufacture promotion and automation development;
8. Team management and development


Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor or above, major in mechanical engineering or related. At least 6 years experience on automation machine development (including self-developed and outsource);
2. Have successful experience in improvement project management and lean manufacturing. Good knowledge in mechanical design and automation design;
3. Good teamwork, leadership, results-oriented and communication skill.
4. Strong project management skills, communication skills, positive,;
5. Good at English, skill in AutoCAD, Solid Works, Pro/E.
