我们的客户是一家以生产高端时尚品牌手袋为主的私营企业。产品的平均售价达数千元人民币。公司拥有自己的注册品牌，集设计、生产、营销为一体，产品主要面向国内市场，现逐步在国内主要大城市（包括北京、上海、成都、长沙、武汉、南京等）的知名百货建立专柜或开设专门店。
Reporting Lines 汇报关系:
直接上司: 总经理
管理属下部门： 生产部、品质部、板房
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. 统管生产部、品质部、板房三部门的日常运作；
2. 制定年度生产计划，制定（分解）季度生产计划和月度的生产任务；
3. 指导并监督生产负责人执行生产计划；
4. 参与制定公司产品发展战略；
5. 控制生产成本，监控生产计划的及时性和准确性，并确保产品的品质符合公司要求；
6. 跟进及分析行业和竞争对手发展动向，确定行业专业水平顶级层次，制定实现水平提升的步骤、方法；
7. 维护与协调好与各供应商的关系，建立战略合作伙伴；
8. 定期对各供应商进行实地评估，优胜劣汰；协助设计开发新供应商；
9. 负责部门人员激励、培训、团队梯队建设；
10. 部门流程的制定及改善；
11. 完成部门人员绩效评估。
Job Requirements 任职要求:
1. 男女不限，35-45岁，大专及以上学历；
2. 10年以上手袋生产现场管理工作经验，其中3年以上同岗位工作经验；
3. 熟悉真皮手袋生产流程、品质控制，对IE管理有一定的了解认识，能有效对生产过程进行全面的控制；
4. 熟悉供应链管理；
5. 具备良好的人际沟通、协调能力和综合组织、开拓、创新能力；
6. 具有较强的执行力和分析解决问题的能力；
7. 抗压能力和适应能力较强。
